Return Policy:

If you received an incorrect or defective item from us, or are having trouble installing it, please first email our technical department at with a phone number to reach you, and our technical specialist will call you right back. Most of the time we can easily resolve small issues, especially if you are able to send photo’s of the problem at hand. If the item is found to be defective or incorrect, Danko will have it picked up immediately and a new item will be sent you at no additional charge. If for any reason, you would still like to return the item, you must email to request an RA number within 7 days of receiving the product. Once you receive the RA number, you must write it clearly on the outside of the box and ship it back, as returned packages without an RA will not be accepted. Once the returned item has been received, a full refund minus shipping charges will be credited to you, provided that the item was returned in the same new and undamaged condition in which it came in. Drilling out the mounting holes in order to test fit the parts will not void our return policy; However, parts that have been primed, painted or altered in any other way without written or email consent from Danko, cannot be returned under any condition. Custom shaved, painted or other special orders which have been custom built to order cannot be returned under any condition.
