Shipping Policy:

All orders shipping within the continental USA are usually shipped FED EX Ground with delivery confirmation. A Tracking number is available upon request once the item has shipped.

International Shipping:

Currently our website DOES have the ability to quote international shipping cost; However, if you are having trouble, please email us to get a shipping quote. Generally, we ship USPS out of the country if the box is not too large.

Damaged Items:

If your Danko order arrives damaged or incomplete, you, or your body shop must email info@dankoreproductions.com within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged items, and Danko will file a claim for you with the shipping service. You will be asked to email pictures of the damage and then we will correct the problem in the most efficient way possible with no additional cost to you; However, if you do not email us within 24 hours to notify us of the damage, we will not – under any circumstances – take responsibility for the damage to the parts. We must strictly enforce this policy, as it is common for fiberglass parts to get dropped / damaged after they have been removed from the protective packaging, so if you are having the parts shipped directly to the body shop, please make them aware of our policy and remind them to check for damage when opening the package. If you received damaged parts and would like to return them for a refund instead of receive replacement parts, our “cancelled order” policy will apply (please read below).

Estimated Lead Times and Rush Service:

All of our parts are custom made to order in house. This enables us to get maximum efficiency through bulk manufacturing and processing methods, which keeps YOUR costs low. Generally, orders are shipped in the order in which they are paid for; However, if you are in a hurry for an item, we do offer a Rush Service for an additional 18% of the cost of the entire order. We NEVER “Highjack” other peoples orders, but instead, we keep 1 of every item in stock on the shelf (in it’s unfinished form) specifically for this purpose. Usually, simple Rush Orders will ship within a week unless they are not in stock, then it may take up to 2 weeks if they have to be made. If you do not see a drop down option for a Rush Fee and you would like a Rush, please contact our sales team for a quote. On all other orders, estimated lead times is usually somewhere between 3-6 weeks, depending on the time of the year, the complexity of the order, and how backed up we are in the shop. Large or complicated orders that require heavy post production work such as shakers can and usually do take longer. Please understand that high quality handcrafted parts do take time to make properly, so if you are in a hurry for the parts, a phone call before ordering is the best policy to ensure that you do not get into a bind. We can also arrange expedited shipping as well for an additional cost.

Canceled Orders:

A canceled order is an order that has been paid for, but has not yet been received. Please understand that all Danko products at not stocked but are custom made as per your order. Canceled orders cause a significant monetary loss to due to lost bank transaction and processing fees, office work including material orders, creating invoices, shipping labels, production lists, work orders, etc and then, the labor required to retract it all from each department. We encourage that you do not order unless your are absolutely positive that you want the item and are willing to wait the required time for it to be produced (please see lead times above); However, if you choose to cancel your order for any reason after payment has been made, a 25% cancellation fee (25% of the total parts ordered) will apply to all such refunds in order to help us re-coupe our losses. Depending on the circumstances Danko may be able to apply up to 100% of the funds to store credit or a transferable Danko Gift Certificate.

Return Policy:

Custom shaved, painted or other special orders which have been custom built to order cannot be returned under any circumstances. If you feel you have received an incorrect or defective item from us, or are having trouble installing it, you must email our technical department at info@dankoreproductions.com with a phone number to reach the installer along with required pictures of the issue at hand, and our technical specialist will call or email you right back. Most of the time we can easily resolve small issues. If we find the item to be defective or incorrect, Danko will have it picked up immediately and a new item will be sent to you at no additional charge. If you would like to return the item that you received for any other reason, you must first email info@dankoreproductions.com along with the reason you would like to return it, within 7 days of receiving the product to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are issued at the discretion of Danko, depending on the reason; However, a 25% restocking fee may apply, as everything is made to order. Once you receive the RA number, you must write it clearly on the outside of the box and ship it back, as returned packages without an RA will not be accepted. Once the returned item has been received, an appropriate refund minus shipping charges will be credited to you. The item should be returned in the same new and undamaged and sell-able condition in which it came in (drilling out bolt holes for fitment tests is OK).
